Chapter 2
Returning home thoroughly plastered, Cha Gyuhan let out a sweet, boozy sigh and slumped into his chair.
The desk remained in the exact disarray he had left it in.
Glaring at the open notebook with a flushed face, Gyuhan picked up the ballpoint pen. Bending low, he pressed down with such violent force that one might worry the paper would tear, scrawling out words.
Words to follow ‘My name is Cha Gyuhan’ finally came to mind. He would begin with his life’s creed. What was a creed? Wasn’t it the driving force of existence? Recalling what his grandfather had told him, Gyuhan began writing.
‘My dream is to live making a fox-like wife and rabbit-like children happy, having about six kids, and going camping every weekend.’
Between being drunk and scrawling whatever popped into his head, Gyuhan’s writing was a complete mess. It was literally a stream-of-consciousness sprawl, but to Gyuhan, this was a conviction deeply engraved in his mind.
‘However, for the family to be happy, the wifey being happy is the first priority.’
Gyuhan let out a satisfied Khaa, nodding his head in agreement.
‘Fortunately, I am handsome, have a great body, and have a big dick, so next, I believe giving a clean and pure body as a gift is the right thing to do.’
“Damn right.” Gyuhan chimed in as if he weren’t writing a diary, but watching some bizarre video with giant subtitles.
‘Still, if I have zero experience, being clumsy might hurt her, so building experience is also important. Honestly, I can’t sit still for long and hate studying. Even with video materials, it’s the same. It would be great if they just quickly and swiftly summarized the key points, but sleeping around recklessly lacks manners.’
He was gradually reaching his conclusion. In truth, he was approaching the root cause that had created his current predicament, but Gyuhan couldn’t tell the difference. Furthermore, he was thoroughly wasted, miserable, and felt deeply wronged. His plight of being dumped by his best friend was sorrowful. I thought you and I would take knives to the gut side by side, bleeding and laughing as we died together…
Since his grandfather’s generation had long liquidated the syndicate business and hung a legitimate company sign, there was no chance of such a thing happening. Above all, having arbitrarily imagined an ending without even asking for Gong Jio’s consent, Gyuhan felt a thick lump in his throat. If a guy cried too often, his dick falling off… might not happen, but it would certainly lose its vigor. It was still unopened, unused stock; if that happened, saving it would have been in vain. Squeezing his eyes shut, Gyuhan balled his fist and slammed it into his thigh. Thud! The stinging pain made his knee tremble, but it was remarkably effective at forcing back his tears.
Gyuhan returned to the task at hand.
‘So I got pinned underneath myself—is that a problem? I get regular health checkups and always wear rubber gloves. No, but I’m really pissed off, why is that bastard throwing a fit? I’m managing my own body, why get angry and throw a fit? Doesn’t seem like sleeping with a guy was the problem since he left with a guy too. Don’t tell me he’s embarrassed to be friends with a guy who gets taken from behind? Didn’t know he was such a narrow-minded bastard, when this is all for my lifelong partner.’
Before long, the diary was no longer calm self-reflection, but an emotional dumping ground. Far from philosophical contemplation, it was packed with complaints behind Gong Jio’s back. Moreover, for Cha Gyuhan—who questioned how men could possibly date each other while harboring a lifelong dream of becoming an exemplary family man with six kids—to call anyone else ‘narrow-minded’ made zero sense.
Then again, if he made sense, he wouldn’t be a drunkard.
Having poured it all out, feeling somewhat relieved, Gyuhan tossed his pen aside and let out a heavy phew. The ballpoint pen clattered and rolled across the desk, dropping to the floor. Oblivious to it, Gyuhan staggered to his feet, stripping off clothes layer by layer as he made his way toward the bathroom.
Stepping into the bathroom, Gyuhan, trembling with frustration, irritation, and fury, began probing his backside.
“Khuk.”
Bracing his forearm against the tiled wall and burying his face into it, Gyuhan wallowed in sorrow. A dildo was buried deep inside his rear. Even though his front stood rock-hard, Gyuhan did not lay a finger on it. That place was an area that, even for himself, must never be touched haphazardly for selfish pleasure. It had to be preserved pristine for its future owner. And in truth, there was one more gift as well—his unopened, unused dick, and… his lips.
Gyuhan had carefully saved even his very first kiss for his future wife, his future her.
Having deep intentions and noble reasons, he had merely engaged in physical exercise and training with men out of necessity, yet he never imagined that none other than his lifelong friend Gong Jio would criticize him so viciously.
“What? Bottom hole aching? You think I do it with men because I like ass?” Gyuhan muttered furiously while masturbating from behind. “You think, huff, I do this because I like it, ngh… Ah! Bastard. We’ve spent, haah, so long together… ugh! I thought you would understand, ah, damn it. Ah…!”
Gyuhan had always engaged in gentle, wholesome sex. He was personally learning and training, and all of this was preparation for some future day.
Yet perhaps because he was furious today, the hand pumping into his rear was rough. The sex toy plunged in deep and hard, thrust after thrust. Whether due to his anger or because this rough rhythm suited him surprisingly well, Gyuhan was far more aroused and responsive than usual. In fact, it felt incredible.
Before long, head thrown back, Gyuhan was rubbing his body flush against the cool bathroom tiles. Even amid the surging arousal rushing headlong toward climax, he didn’t forget Gong Jio. No, he thought of nothing else.
Since childhood, he had shared his dream and his creed with Gong Jio. That was how much he considered them brothers. They had agreed to have their first legal drink together and shared a glass. But how could Jio claim they weren’t friends? What? Be sex partners? Fuck buddies, you bastard? Lovers?
Venting such bitter indignation, Gyuhan was reaching the peak of climax… How could I with Gong Jio? How could friends have sex? How could he say such things? Furious Gyuhan pumped into his backside while picturing Gong Jio in his mind. The timing was inescapably ironic, and naturally, Gyuhan gave no thought to the glaring paradox.
“Ngh, haah!”
Gyuhan’s chest heaved as he drove the dildo home with one last deep thrust.
His buttocks clamped tight, his broad chest swelled, and his abdomen pulled in taut. The chest Gong Jio had scowled at seemed even larger, his abs sharply defined, and the muscles along his hips tightened as if on the verge of cramping.
Gyuhan basked in the lingering afterglow for a moment before slowly pulling himself away. He was in a daze. His rage had settled somewhat alongside the climax.
“…”
No, it had settled a lot.
Wearing a strangely docile expression, Gyuhan wiped down the tiles, washed his body, thoroughly cleaned and dried the dildo, removed the humidity from the bathtub, and stepped out. The alcohol buzz seemed to have receded as well. After downing a glass of ice water, he sat on the sofa and picked up the remote control.
At the press of a button, the custom curtains tailored to the high ceiling parted completely, revealing a large massage chair, an oversized leather couch in an ambiguous shade between burgundy and brown, and an unfitting pitcher of brewed barley tea alongside a glassware freebie from a beer gift set. Imagining himself as a sexy, successful man, Gyuhan poured and drank the barley tea while lounging in his boxer briefs.
Replenishing lost hydration made his body feel considerably lighter. Truly, it yielded an effect identical to exercise. It barely took any time, yet it felt like running several rounds of high-intensity interval training, plus he gained valuable experience points. The resentment toward Gong Jio had already grown faint. He merely felt thoroughly refreshed.
“Ah, so damn refreshing.”
Smacking his lips and polishing off several more glasses of barley tea, Gyuhan gave a light shiver and pulled on an old T-shirt whose collar had stretched from frequent washing. Then, nodding off while seated, he slumped over the couch… and fell fast asleep right there.
